Refunds on Merchandise:
- If Merchandise is damaged upon receipt, it will be replaced if we are notified within 14days of this.
- There are no refunds, nor exchanges.
Otters Youth Team, Pink Otters and Private Coaching:
-Subscription Fees:
- Credit Card Holder’s account is automatically charged every 30-days.
- Sibling- Discounts are offered through the term of the subscription. Other promotions are only valid for the initial term; subscriptions then renew at the then-current full subscription rates.
- Your Otter may not practice if the subscription is unable to be processed based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
-Cancelling or Freezing Your Subscription and Leaving the Team:
- We have an Open-Door Policy regarding time-off from the team. Holds or Freezes on accounts will be made to accommodate travel or other reasons. If you will be away for a time period greater than three weeks, we will suspend billing for that time period. Payment must be received prior to return to practice.
- You may cancel at anytime. If you decide to cancel your subscription, notice must be provided in writing 10-days prior to billing. No REFUNDS will be given for departure from the team in the middle of a billing cycle.
- There are no refunds for subscriptions. To prevent billing, notify us in writing- 10-days prior to the billing cycle occurs.
- Monthly billing will not be prorated.
-Refunds:
- There no refunds for subscription fees.
Swim Lessons:
- Swim Lessons must be paid for prior to any lesson occurring.
- There are no refunds for unused lessons. Should a lesson need to be transferred to another sibling or family member, a fee equivalent to a single lesson will be incurred.
- In the event of prolonged illness or injury, the transfer fee may be waived.
Private Coaching:
- For All private coaching — run, swim, cycling, nutrition, strength and triathlon — it is our goal to ensure the best relationship and dynamic. Because of the nature of training, we request a 3-month commitment to a program.
